green tomatoes dal

Ingredients:
 2-3 green tomatoes, 1cup dal [any type], 3-4 green chilli, 1/4 tsp mustard seed,1/4tsp hing, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt, oil and coriander leaves.


Process:  
 Boil the dal. Cut the tomatoes. Heat the oil pan add mustard seed and then hing. After that add green chilli and tomato cook till the tomato become soft add turmeric powder, salt and dal add some water. Cook for 2/3 mins. Serve with fresh coriander leaves and rice.

How to make Cauliflowervegetables

Ingredients:
  250g cauliflower, 1/2cup green peas, 2 onions, 1 tomato, 50g dry coconut, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt, oil and coriander leaves.

Process:  
 Cut the cauliflower in small pieces. Boil the water and cauliflower in it boil for 5 mins. Take a pan heat the oil add onion in it cook till they turn golden brown add ginger-garlic paste, add dry roast grated coconut and cook for 2mins.
 Add tomato purée cook till the oil oozes out and add green peas and masalas. And add cauliflower saute  for a 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.  Read to eat.

Do you know how to make raw bananas vegetables

Hi friends in our day today life we have less time to make good or healthy food. But we are trying to help you to make food in less time. Today we help to make bananas vegetable in less time. Banana's in good for health.

Ingredients :
 12 bananas,1/2 tsp mustard,1/4tsp hing, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/4tsp tumeric powder, 2-5 dry red chilli, salt, oil.

Method:
 First boil bananas and removed the cover. Take a pan add oil in it add mustard seed in it. After that add hing and red chilli and then tumeric powder. Add bananas and mix it well. After 1 mins add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and read to eat.

How to make Cauliflower kofta curry

Ingredients:
 for kofta:
 250g Cauliflower, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2tbspgram flour, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt, 2 potatoes, oil.

 for curry:
 2 onions, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup tomato pureed ,50g dry coconut, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala ,coriander leaves, salt, water, oil.


Process:  

For kofta first boiled potatoes and cut  cauliflower in to small pieces. Mix all ingredients in to bowl. Make them lemon sized balls and deep fry into hot oil.

For curry heat the oil into the pan. Add  onions-ginger-garlic paste  fry it till they turn into brown. Add dry coconut,tomato pureed cook for 4-5 mins. Add the red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala ,coriander leaves, salt in it. Cook it for till the oil come out. Add some water boil it cook for 4-5 mins.
 Take a big bowl add curry and kofta in it. Serve with fresh coriander leaves and paratha.

How to make Vegetable Biryani

Description:
     Vegetable Biryani it is very popular food in India family. The various type of vegetable in it use in it. It is good of health. Lets see how to make it?

 Ingredients:
  
    2 cups rice, 5 cups water, 2 onions, 1/2 cup green peas, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 carrot, 2 green chilli,2 potatoes, 2 brinjal, coriander leaves, 1/4 cup curd, 2tbsp biryani masala, oil and ghee, salt.

 Process:
   
  •  Take the pan heat the oil add green chilli, onions and  ginger-garlic paste saute until golden brown.
  •  Add the vegetable in it. Mix curd salt and biryani masala in it.
  •  Wash the rice. Add in to pan mix it well add the boil water.
  •  Cook for 5-10 mintes.
  •  Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Easy way to make Pavbhaji

Description:
      Pavbhaji  it is a popular snack in India. Its a healthy food. Lets see how to cook at how?

 Ingredients:
      250g potatoes, 2 medium onions, 2 tomato pureed, 1 capsicum, 100g cabbage, 50g cauliflower, 1/2 cup green peas, 2tsp ginger-garlic paste, pavbhaji masala,4tbsp butter, 50g cheese, water,  fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, oil.

 Process:
  •  Boil potatoes and mash it. 
  •  Heat oil in pan add 1tbsp butter add onions and ginger-garlic paste.
  •  Cook  them till golden brown.
  •  Add tomato puree in it untill oil oozes out.
  • Cut the vegetables in small pieces or you can boil them and mash it.
  • Add the vegetables in it. Mix it well.
  • Add pavbhaji masala salt  you can also add red chilli powder as par your taste. Add some water in it cook it for 5 minutes.add butter.
  • Serve  cheese, fresh coriander leaves, chopped onion and with pav with butter.

Manchurian

Ingredients:

Balls:
   250g cabbage,100g cauliflower, 2 onions, 2 capsicum,1tap ginger-garlic paste, 5green chills,  2tbsp soy sauce,2tbsp tomato sauce, salt,  maida and corn flour for binding, oil.

Sauce:
   1 onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, 2tbsp soy sauce,2tbsp tomato sauce, 1tbsp red chilli sauce, salt,1/4 tsp black  paper powder, veg stock, oil.

Process:
  
Balls:
  • Cut the cabbage, cauliflower, onions, capsicum, small pieces 
  • Add maida, corn flour, salt, sauces 
  • Mix it well and make the small balls 
  • Heat the oil deep the balls in hot oil 
  • Fry until they turn golden brown.
Sauce:
  • Heat the oil add onion  fry  it
  • Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, fry it for few second
  • Add stock, sauces add salt and simmer for a few minutes
  • Add balls in it. Cook for few minutes
  • Read to Serve

Salad

Description:

      Salad is good for our health. Its good for diet.



 Ingredients:
             
     1beet root, 1/2cup peas, 100g cabbage, 2 carrot, fresh coriander leaves,1 onion, 1 tomato, salt, chat masala, paani poori masala


Process:
  • Cut the all vegtable in to small pieces 
  • Take into bowl 
  • Add salt, chat masala, paani poori masala 
  • Serve with fresh coriander leaves

Paneer butter masala

Description:


Ingredients:
       
     250g paneer, 2 onions. 1cup of tomata paste, 1tap ginger-garlic paste, 15 cashew-nuts paste,  2tbsp butter, chili powder 2 tbsp, fresh coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeic powder, 1tsp garam masala,salt, fresh cream, oil, water.

Process:
  • Cut the paneer into small cubs and fry it till light pink
  • Heat the oil in pan put onion paste in it fry it till they turn into brown
  • Add ginger-garlic paste fry it
  • Add tomato paste fry it for 5mins
  • Add chili powder, turmeic powder,garam masala cook for 2mins.
  • Add some water mix wall  salt as your test mix  cashew-nuts paste, fresh cream cook for 5mins. add butter.
  • Serve with fresh coriander leaves, sprinkle onions with lemon. rice
