How to make Vegetable Biryani

Description:
     Vegetable Biryani it is very popular food in India family. The various type of vegetable in it use in it. It is good of health. Lets see how to make it?

 Ingredients:
  
    2 cups rice, 5 cups water, 2 onions, 1/2 cup green peas, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 carrot, 2 green chilli,2 potatoes, 2 brinjal, coriander leaves, 1/4 cup curd, 2tbsp biryani masala, oil and ghee, salt.

 Process:
   
  •  Take the pan heat the oil add green chilli, onions and  ginger-garlic paste saute until golden brown.
  •  Add the vegetable in it. Mix curd salt and biryani masala in it.
  •  Wash the rice. Add in to pan mix it well add the boil water.
  •  Cook for 5-10 mintes.
  •  Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
