How to make Cauliflower kofta curry

Ingredients:
 for kofta:
 250g Cauliflower, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2tbspgram flour, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt, 2 potatoes, oil.

 for curry:
 2 onions, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup tomato pureed ,50g dry coconut, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala ,coriander leaves, salt, water, oil.


Process:  

For kofta first boiled potatoes and cut  cauliflower in to small pieces. Mix all ingredients in to bowl. Make them lemon sized balls and deep fry into hot oil.

For curry heat the oil into the pan. Add  onions-ginger-garlic paste  fry it till they turn into brown. Add dry coconut,tomato pureed cook for 4-5 mins. Add the red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala ,coriander leaves, salt in it. Cook it for till the oil come out. Add some water boil it cook for 4-5 mins.
 Take a big bowl add curry and kofta in it. Serve with fresh coriander leaves and paratha.
