Ingredients:
250g potatoes, 2 medium onions, 2 tomato pureed, 1 capsicum, 100g cabbage, 50g cauliflower, 1/2 cup green peas, 2tsp ginger-garlic paste, pavbhaji masala,4tbsp butter, 50g cheese, water, fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, oil.

Ingredients:
250g potatoes, 2 medium onions, 2 tomato pureed, 1 capsicum, 100g cabbage, 50g cauliflower, 1/2 cup green peas, 2tsp ginger-garlic paste, pavbhaji masala,4tbsp butter, 50g cheese, water, fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, oil.
Process:
- Boil potatoes and mash it.
- Heat oil in pan add 1tbsp butter add onions and ginger-garlic paste.
- Cook them till golden brown.
- Add tomato puree in it untill oil oozes out.
- Cut the vegetables in small pieces or you can boil them and mash it.
- Add the vegetables in it. Mix it well.
- Add pavbhaji masala salt you can also add red chilli powder as par your taste. Add some water in it cook it for 5 minutes.add butter.
- Serve cheese, fresh coriander leaves, chopped onion and with pav with butter.
