Manchurian

Ingredients:

Balls:
   250g cabbage,100g cauliflower, 2 onions, 2 capsicum,1tap ginger-garlic paste, 5green chills,  2tbsp soy sauce,2tbsp tomato sauce, salt,  maida and corn flour for binding, oil.

Sauce:
   1 onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, 2tbsp soy sauce,2tbsp tomato sauce, 1tbsp red chilli sauce, salt,1/4 tsp black  paper powder, veg stock, oil.

Process:
  
Balls:
  • Cut the cabbage, cauliflower, onions, capsicum, small pieces 
  • Add maida, corn flour, salt, sauces 
  • Mix it well and make the small balls 
  • Heat the oil deep the balls in hot oil 
  • Fry until they turn golden brown.
Sauce:
  • Heat the oil add onion  fry  it
  • Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, fry it for few second
  • Add stock, sauces add salt and simmer for a few minutes
  • Add balls in it. Cook for few minutes
  • Read to Serve
