Paneer butter masala

Description:


Ingredients:
       
     250g paneer, 2 onions. 1cup of tomata paste, 1tap ginger-garlic paste, 15 cashew-nuts paste,  2tbsp butter, chili powder 2 tbsp, fresh coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeic powder, 1tsp garam masala,salt, fresh cream, oil, water.

Process:
  • Cut the paneer into small cubs and fry it till light pink
  • Heat the oil in pan put onion paste in it fry it till they turn into brown
  • Add ginger-garlic paste fry it
  • Add tomato paste fry it for 5mins
  • Add chili powder, turmeic powder,garam masala cook for 2mins.
  • Add some water mix wall  salt as your test mix  cashew-nuts paste, fresh cream cook for 5mins. add butter.
  • Serve with fresh coriander leaves, sprinkle onions with lemon. rice
